Jenna is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. She started practicing yoga consistently when she was taking yoga classes at Temple University where she earned her B.A. in journalism. She fell in love with the spiritual aspect of yoga as much as the physical benefit of yoga in 2020. It led to completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training. She mainly teaches Hatha and restorative yoga. She recognizes that yoga is very much needed in many communities, but there are simply not enough resources out there to reach every community. She’s delighted to share yoga with more people and send healing energy.
