Yoga Sharer
Neha Bokadia
Namaste! My name is Neha Bokadia, and I am a trained yoga teacher from the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM), a world-renowned yoga institute in India. I also completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in freestyle yoga at the Aadi School of Yoga in Rishikesh, India. My yoga practice emphasizes the integration of breath with each movement, fostering a profound connection between the body, breath, and mind. In addition, I incorporate Pranayama and Yoga Sutra chanting as essential techniques during my classes.
Prior to my journey as a yoga teacher, I earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and spent six years working in that field. My background in design has sharpened my awareness of individual needs, a skill that I bring into my yoga teaching. As a longtime fitness enthusiast, my passion for wellness gradually led me to yoga, which I have been practicing for four years.
I am deeply inspired by the vision of Yoga 4 Philly, which believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone. I wholeheartedly support this mission and am committed to contributing to its success.
