Sophie De Lancie
Sophie completed her 200-hour certification with Wake Up Yoga in March 2020. She found yoga at her local gym in high school and began a regular physical practice while attending Villanova University. She knew this combination of breath, movement, and self-study would have a lasting impact on her personal healing.
Learning yoga well enough to share the practice with others has been challenging and enriching. Everybody deserves the opportunity to heal on a cellular level, which yoga and meditation provide. Sophie believes in educating and collaborating with her audience so they feel confident taking their practice off the mat. By teaching a variety of vinyasa styles, Sophie meets you as your full self and gently guides you to challenge your mind and body.
She loves cooking, hiking, camping, ocean waves, playing tennis, horseback riding, and listening to and dancing to music. Sophie follows her passions in event hospitality, childcare, and community outreach.
